MSBS is the coast's only building services provider with the above listed capabilities. This concept of facilities maintenance is new to the coast, however it is not new to me. I have provided the same service in San Antonio, Austin, Midland, and San Angelo, Texas markets with great success.

Most services are provided by our own trained technicians; however, there are some projects that require us to use sub-contractors. I will assure you the sub-contractors we use are bonded, shared, and known for their services here along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

My operation manager, area managers, project managers, and I have a total of 75 years of experience in the facilities maintenance service business, and I promise you will not be disappointed in our work. I am a retired Army Command Sergeant Major. I was born and raised here in Gulfport, and I strongly believe that there is a need for the service I am offering to South Mississippi today.
